Scott Phillips | Real Estate Agent & Investor - Cofounder
After years in corporate America, Scott transitioned into real estate in 2020, becoming a licensed Realtor driven by a passion for helping clients navigate buying and selling homes. While serving traditional buyers and sellers has been deeply rewarding, Scott took things a step further in 2022—partnering with his son, Andrew, to dive into real estate investing. Together, they’ve grown their focus beyond the retail side of real estate, building a business that explores what’s truly possible through wholesaling, fix-and-flips, land acquisitions, single-family and commercial assets, and creative financing strategies. Scott brings integrity, insight, and a problem-solving mindset to every deal—whether it's on or off market.
Andrew Phillips | Real Estate Agent & Investor - Cofounder
Andrew became a real estate agent in 2015 and has had a love of building since he was in grade school. Over the years, he’s gained hands-on experience and closed a substantial amount of deals. He’s also built a strong team with a shared mission of making homeownership accessible to more people. Andrew is an incredible agent who brings leadership, vision, and energy to every transaction, helping ensure successful outcomes for everyone involved.
Kathy Smith | Administrator and Short Sales Manager
Kathy joined the team in 2024 after working in escrow and title for Momentum Title out of Hendersonville for 3 years. Before that, she worked as a realtor and assistant from 2015 to 2024, providing services and helping over 50 realtors successfully close on their contracts. Kathy is passionate about helping the team and clients achieve their goals of affordable housing. Kathy is well organized and brings steadiness and focus to all our operations.
Max Pierce | Acquisitions Associate
Max started in 2025 after being in auto sales for 8 years in order to shift to a more meaningful role. He feels a great sense of purpose around supporting people in buying and selling homes to the benefit of all parties involved. Max brings direct, no nonsense communication, honesty, and a person-centered approach to all our deals.
Derrick | Real Estate Consultant and Sales Associate
Derrick joined the team in 2025 after working as a case manager and housing navigator for a nonprofit that provided emergency housing assistance and sought long term housing stability for homeless veterans. He is passionate about helping people live secure and prosperous lives through achieving affordable housing that they own. Derrick brings compassion, clear communication, and attention to detail in all client and seller interactions.
